Falling "Fore" Synapse House Fundraiser
Join us for the Falling "Fore" Synapse House Fundraiser. This event raises much needed funds to support our Clubhouse Day Program, the Community Support Services for Veterans, our Supported Employment Program and our KNZ Neuro-Fitness Gym. These valuable services assist young adults in their rehabilitation and quality of life following a stroke, traumatic brain injury or in support of progressive neurological conditions.
Get ready for an unforgettable evening filled with connection, celebration, and powerful stories of resilience! Guests will experience the inspiring journeys of individuals recovering from brain injuries and stroke—stories that highlight how community partnerships, support, and opportunity can truly transform lives, empowering Members to grow, thrive, and re-enter the workforce with confidence.
Together, we’re building a stronger, more inclusive community. With the support of generous donors like you, our Clubhouse Members can continue to flourish on their path to recovery—and your impact makes all the difference.
7:00pm. Doors open / Check-in
Come in & make new friends, participate in the Silent Auction, memorialize the event by taking pictures in our event photo booth
7:30 - 9:00pm. Cocktails & Dinner
8:30pm. Presentation
Listen to our inspirational presenter, watch a captivating slideshow & video
9:00pm - 10:00pm. Topgolf Play (for those that have indicated that they wanted to participate at registration)
Engage in an hour of friendly competition while swinging a bucket of golf balls with up to a group of 6 people
Not playing Topgolf? That's okay too! Enjoy dessert & mingle with the other guests while browsing the silent auction
10:00pm. Silent Auction Closes
10:15 -10:45 Silent Auction Check-Out
Now is the the time to collect your silent auction winnings from a Synapse House volunteer or staff member. Congratulations! Share stories & contact information with old + new friends you've met this evening
The auction will be open for bidding at 8:00 a.m. on the Wednesday before the event.

Tickets: Tickets include a dinner buffet, open bar, opportunity to participate in games, our silent auction & raffle, and an inspirational presentation. If you would like to secure a table for you and 7 of your friends, please select an 8 person table.
